Super Cat- Dolly ohhhhhh, I can't even finish. I am so hype right now- We played that "cassette" over and over in the Colt Vista, party on the road (you know we have to drive everywhere down here)! K-$, what!!!! Thank you for that, now I don't have to look at Poak Chop everday for laughs
Ok, I must say, anything with hard GEL- hilarious! Alize, true true but shout out to the Mad Dog, Banana Red sold at the corner store--I had every MJB hairstyle that I saw, blonde and all baby. Ok, back to reality.

I literally rocked that Supercat tape of Dolly My Baby until it popped. LOL
That was the first time that I heard Biggie. It's funny b/c I borrowed the tape from my friend and lied about its where abouts for months. LOL
good post!
LOL. You ain't never lied!!!
All of those used to be the joints right there!!!
Loved the post and the flashback!! :-)
I'm a west coast girl, but can get with this list, well, everything except the liquor, considering my age at the time. But I remember sneaking and ordering all those songs on The Box (did yall have that on the East), until my mother got that $200 phone bill. Then my brother hooked up a boatleg line that we only used to order videos... Aww, those were the days.
@black atelier, I miss those days Sis we use to be in the middle of the dance floor. Ha you always bring up Derrick.
@12kyle I was in LOVE with Super cat, and I also rocked it until the tape popped. Biggie always will love him!
@Ms.Behaving I can listen to these songs over and over (and have since I posted it)
@Marleaux, funny we were not of age either hahah. I was at least 18 can't say my girls were though. Only the young and dumb would drink Canei (YUCK). No Box but we stayed watching Uncle Ralph on Video Music box that was free.
yeah you took it back a couple times over with them joints
Oh and I am with sunny with the shout out to mad dog... til this day I cant believe i used to drink that mess... and St. Idez special brew...lol
@eb an sunny. I know Mad dog YUCK! I had a bottle on my desk at work (previous firm) Blue Raspberry. The team I worked in all had Maddog pseudonyms.
Wait - someone's actually been reading my blog?!?!? What's this? Could it possibly be? ... but more importantly, who are you and what do you want, self proclaimed blog stalker! ;-)
@JACK YEAH welcome welcome.
switch out the Canei for some Cisco (gawd how did I drink that crap) and I was there!
